Under the guidance of Padma Shri Chaturbhuj Meher, trained 500–600 women weavers in Tie & Dye Bandha at Vishwakarma Silk Khadi Weavers Samity. His son Jaypal Meher served as co-instructor on the AHVY project with 34 SHGs and 240 artisans.
